    Well I was going to choose this company till they wanted a big down payment to start services my monthly bill was set at 145.00 They wanted me to pay 272.00 to start. I told them why is it so high and so much. So i decided to keep shopping around and boom my luck came straight to me I choose Geico for my car insurance only had to pay 145.00 no down payment and i was insured by midnight. Also esurance charges 25$ processing fee for excluded drivers on your policy just a rip off why do i have to pay 25$ because i dont want that person driving or included on my policy

    I was involved in an one-vehicle accident today that I wasn't at fault, but the dealership and eSurance think otherwise. First, the test drive: The test drive went well (new 2017 Honda Civic Sport hatchback from John Eagle Honda in Dallas), until I hit a parking lot bumper in the road on Hudnall St (closest cross street is Denton Dr). Apparently, per one of the residents that lives across the street from the property where this parking lot bumper was placed, it was put there as a deterrent for people to enter the property via their vehicle. He provided me with the names and numbers of the people that represent the property (they turned out to be a third-party leasing company). At any rate, I hit the bumper with both the front and rear wheels on the passenger side. The damage that I did was a busted front tyre (sidewall damage), and the front and rear wheels got some curb rash. I was assured several times by the salesperson that I'm not at fault, and that everything was going to be okay. We were quickly picked up by another salesperson and taken back to the dealership. During the time that we waited for the other vehicle, as well as going back to the dealership, I was assured repeatedly that I wasn't at fault, and to not worry about anything. However, I was also asked to provide my insurance and driver's licence (which I shouldn't have done). The salesperson once again assured me that I wasn’t at fault, and that I had nothing to worry about. Nevertheless, I suspected otherwise, so I called my insurance company (eSurance) to give them the heads up on what happened. Finally, the salesperson came out and provided the accident report, which I "did not have to sign, since I wasn't at fault and did not need to worry about anything". I left the dealership thinking that everything was okay, if a little uneasy about the entire situation. I received a phone call a few hours later from eSurance, stating that the dealership had filed a claim against me! When she started recording the conversation, she only verified what had happened, then stopped recording the conversation. She was only interested in verifying the facts of the accident, not what all had transpired...for reasons that I had found out later. She wouldn't even let me explained what all had happened, and/or why it happened. eSurance is not interested in going after the person(s) that are really responsible for the accident (the property owners that had placed the bumper in the road), but only wanted to validate the claim against me. They don't care that my rates will go up, and couldn't confirm how much they would after my current policy expires. They are dead set on getting this claim filed, screwing me over in the process. This is the second and final incident that I had with eSurance (they refused to pay for the difference in the amount owned on a vehicle that I had totalled back in 2012, even though I had paid for the GAP coverage...until I had posted about it on Facebook). Once our (already paid for) policy is paid up, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. They lost a long-time policyholder to another company that won't screw over their paying customers.

    I switched from Esurance to Geico. After I received a ridiculous bill. How do you get charged for something you did not use? If you don't use a service, they can not charge you for it. Still disputing this on my credit.
