They are an amazing team of dedicated professional Attorneys that will stay on your case even if it's a difficult one like mine was. They literally stood in the gap when I wanted to give up. They were at my side thru court hearing, stood firm when dealing with the Gov, intercepted phone calls so I didn't have to deal with questions, rallied around me time and time again and made sure I was treated fairly. My case was not an easy one. Many many times I wanted to walk away but they literally stood in the gap for me and was my strength when I had none left. I would recommend this Legal Team to anyone. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had a very positive experience partnering with Coats and Todd to obtain disability benefits. Katie worked diligently on my case at all times. She went above and beyond to assist me in the process. I found it was important to stay organized and immediately inform Coats and Todd about every single doctor appointment I attended. Katie had a way of making me feel like I was Coats and Todd's only client. This assured me that my case was in the best hands possible to get approved for SSA benefits. Even though my medical conditions qualified me for benefits, I was denied twice when applying on my own. I am convinced that without the excellent representation I received from Coats and Todd, I would have been denied a final time. The Tarrant County SSA takes their time in the process. Nothing happens fast with the SSA. However, Coats and Todd worked every day for me, even though they had no control over how long SSA took. Mr. Todd personally represented me on my court date.
